The apartments are very old, dates back to the 70's. There is a real mold problem in the bathroom and the sinks yet the Apt. manager will argue and say that it isn't mold. The apt. manager is always in your business so be aware. Parking is horrible and there is no place to park PERIOD. No pets are allowed, which sucks. There are only 4 washers and dryers for the whole complex so do your laundry in the early am on weekdays but wait till the weekends and you are screwed there is a waiting line.
