This place is horrible, we just singed a lease for 9 months about one month ago and since we have had 4 Drive-by's, home invasion and the cops in the area almost every weekend.Today as i write there was 4 cop cars at another building and a helicopter with the search light looking down on our buildings.
The Rent is cheap but......that's why.....

We cant leave because its a ridiculous charge for breaking your lease and a 60 day notice, so we have to stick it out....if we don't die first.

Just spend another 50-100 bucks a moth to go somewhere else.
