Believe me, all of the negative reviews are completely true!!! There have even been murders in the parking lot!! It was on the news, so it can be checked out. This place had it's challenges previously, but the last management was really working hard and kept things up in very good condition. This new ownership and management is unbelievably rude and inadequate. They can't seem to keep quality staff to do the things that need to be done, i.e. maintenance, landscape maintenance, pest control, etc. Things have spiraled down since the new management has taken over, repairs are non-existent, staff constantly lie to your face day after day, many many cars have been broken into and/or stolen, apartments broken into, drugs and dealers are rampant. It's a scary place to live and the staff uses intimidation and other unethical practices to make money, not do proper upkeep, etc. Just 2 months ago there was a HUGE police action here - with a full S.W.A.T. team(9) in force searching apartments, well over 30 marked and unmarked cars, . They had a fully equipped large panel truck with all the latest bells and whistles, dogs, multiple agencies, streets blocked off, tenants kicked out of their apartments for their own safety. Check with the police and sherriff's dept. if you don't believe it. Gunshots are a routine sound here, even very large ones. The grounds are not kept up, the laundry room is hardly ever cleaned, sprinklers not working in various parts of the complex, lawns not mowed for weeks at a time, trees in serious need of trimming - even at the point of becoming dangerous, and so much more. And only recently there seems to have developed a serious rodent problem, even with very large sized rats or possibly possums gaining entry into the apartments, and mgmt. doing absolutely nothing about it. But mgmt seems to find that painting the exterior of the buildings is a high priority, when the existing paint was just fine, and I am sure the tenants would have preferred the money be spent on fully fencing and gating the property, not just putting in some gates that are supposed to be electric some day. It seems they are trying to make it look like they have made this a good place to live so they can sell it and get out of it. They put in these large poles throughout the complex months ago, on which secrity cameras are supposed to go, but nothing yet. They put in gates at the entrances months ago, but they still aren't working, and the place isn't fenced either, so what is the point' DONT MOVE HERE!!!
