This place is nice to look at, great location. However, the management was definitely high on drugs, had napoleon complex with a very large ego, little self-respect and lots of incompetence. Countless problems were ignored. Hazardous problems were not resolved for weeks. Lot of the management's Alcoholic Anoymous buddies and drug addict friends moved into the building after he started leading the AA program in mid-town.
