I am a resident at Park Terrace Apartments. I moved in about three months ago and was offered a great move in special by the manager! She was great. She really made me feel at home. The apartments are decent sized, and the property is well kept. Our maintenance staff is really great.
The manager who moved me in is no longer there, I believe she was transfered, the new manager is not as helpful, but I would really recommend living at Park Terrace. So far it has been a good experience.
