We chose this apartment complex due to it's location and the surrounding area... When we first moved in, we had some probles *ie a leaking ac unit (we were told to put a bucket under it) a ripped screen door (duct tape was used to fix it) and so on and so forth... Then everything got fixed and it was great. The management has changed MANY TIMES since we first moved in. The current manager is NEVER in the office, NEVER returns calls and basically doesn't do much. The maintenance person on the other hand is rather good and does the best he can given it's just him. Although the location is great for us, and pricing is just right, this place just isn't worth it anymore...
