When I first moved to this community a couple of years ago, I thought it was a decent, kept up, quiet community. Boy was I wrong! My first week there, I flew to the ground due to gunshots being fired in the parking lot near my apartment! Welcome home right? I stayed because of the location of the community and it was somewhat affordable. Flash forward to 2007. The manager or leasing agent are never there, unless it's rent day. The current manager was the 3rd in 2 years. The manger who was there when I moved in was a -------, the one prior to her stole renter's social security information and was wanted by the police for identity fraud. The manager after the ------- was one who preferred studying over managing, was never there and was the reason so many -------s live there. The current one had good intentions in the beginning, but quickly adapted to the pattern of the previous managers in not being there and when she was, she didn't do much. There was only one good maintanence guy there who did a great job for being the ONLY one and was fired due to lies from the current manager. In the past year the community has become extremely ghetto and full of nothing but ------- --------. I loved being awaken at 2:00 am to hip hop, rap or ------- music being blasted like it was 2:00pm. If you have a guest who has their own car, you will want them to get there early for a parking spot. The front gates NEVER worked. The Sac PD are there often and when it is mentioned to the manger, she's completely aloof. Pray you don't have a true maintanence emergency, if you do, you are better off fixing it yourself or paying for someone else to do it and deducting from your rent. The current maintanence guy is a drug addict and possible dealer who is more concerned with acting inappropriately with female tenants, if you catch my drift.

Needless to say, I was extremely happy when I had the opportunity to leave this god forsaken place. But, it did serve its purpose and I loved my floorplan.
