Get out while you still can!

My husband and I moved there due to its location and it appeared to be nice for the price. In the end, we were quite wrong. We are a responsible couple, keeping to ourselves, paying rent on time every month. Management and maintenance were AWFUL! Not only was I concerned for my life due to a man flailing a gun outside my apartment (one more than one occasion), the couple next door clearly physically abusing each other, and the crazy lady down the way screaming at her kids ALL THE TIME, our cars were broken into. Surveillance (or they make it appear) does not even work! My husband had his car hit and the person left, in addition to that, it was finally stolen! That was the final straw. We got out when our lease was up but it was an awful year. I thoroughly cleaned the apartment, as I am a responsible tenant and want all of my money returned to find that months later, I got less than half of my deposit. I was accused of having a cat that urinated on the carpet! It is not worth going to court over, I just want PARK TERRACE to live in my nightmares!

I beg of you, please do not put yourself in a place such as this. Do NOT support people who do not show their faces except to collect your check! The rent is not worth it!
