We moved in for the price.
However, we were not informed that we were to pay for the trash/water bill that costs about $45-50 per month.
We cannot wait to move out when our lease ends.
First of all, those surveillance camera aren't very useful at all. My sister got her car stolen. We were unable to get a hold of the thieves' faces or license plate only because the quality of the cameras were so cheap.
Secondly, there's toilet problems! Our toilet flooded with poop and pee. The gross part was that it included the people from upstairs also. When we showered, the toilet would only flood more. And when the water in the toilet went down, it seemed to only come out the other end into the bathtub. We were unable to use our restroom for a couple of days. When the professional guy came in, he said that the problem is going to occur again. The reason for this is because of the trees outside our unit. The tree roots are growing and going into the pipes, causing the pipelines to have problem.
Thirdly, the manager is never in. You will find it inconvenient when you run into major problems or when you need to load money into your laundry card.
The list goes on...
The pool is not regularly cleaned. Litter is all over the place. Our air conditioner didn't work (we notified the manager but it seems like no one will ever come to fix it; it's almost a year). The buildings are poorly built. You will be freezing your butt off in the winter. I'm not sure if the building even have insulation. Don't think about even turning on your heater because you're only wasting your money (you're still going to freeze!).
