I have lived here for almost three years. This complex has alot of mold problems and the cottages have alot of dry rot problems. Apartments have alot of mold and are older and falling apart inside. Constant repairs needed. Also the office staff has made it a practice to charge different rents for the same apartment. Anyone that has been in the complex for more than a couple of years is paying quite a bit more rent than those just moving in who get the lower rent. Doesn't make alot of sense and is not good business sense. Also due to the complex having alot of empty units and the mold problems they are not really screening their tenants well anymore. Lots of riff raff moving in and lots of drug activity in the complex which was not the case a couple of years ago. I plan on moving out. Complex was nice the first year but the last couple of years it is really going downhill fast.

I have lived here for a year. i like the apartment that I have, the area of the complex and such. The maintanence people are descent and mostly friendly. The only problem that I really have is that the office staff is rude. They were fine up until a couple of months ago. We went in with a question and then questioned their answer. They got really upset and have been completely rude now when they realize that it is me or my fiance on the phone. Other than the office staff I have no problems with the place. If they got rid of them then it would be a really nice place.
