I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have to say that this is one of the nicest apartment complex's I have ever lived at. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The office staff has always been very friendly and accomodating. I had my washing machine break and they came in the same day I called to look at it. It needed a new part and would take a couple of days, so they offered to let me use a vacant apartment's washer and dryer in the mean time. My apartment is very nice and I have had very few problems, and the things that have gone wrong have been taken care of very quickly. I have never felt unsafe here being that it is a gated complex. I would definetly recommend Pepperwood Knoll and I plan on staying here for as long as I can.
