ive lived here for almost 3 years, and i no longer fear hell..for i have lived in pepperwood knoll apts. seriously, the parking is a NIGHTMARE, ive had to park outside of the complex before. lots of drug traffic. the gate NEVER works, i have a gate opener and it still wont open. they dont enforce the parking lot zones, anyone can park anywhere they want without penalties, even in the handicap spots. incompetent staff...save your time and money and move somewhere else.

Totally agree, I live at Pepperwood Knoll and I'm commonly having to circle the whole apartment complex for parking. My parking spot is always taken. I've complained to management (don't even get me started), and that does nothing. Extremely poor management. Its like aruging with two year olds! Very imcompetent people. They should try drug testing their maintenance guys, its a wonder why one always smells like marjuana, hmmmm!
