I have lived here a little past a year and it is a nightmare!!!!!!! We are trying to move as soon as possible. The noise level is outrageous. There are 2 families living in one apartment and are illegal immagrants!!!! The management sucks unless there is a gunshot then they care. Every night the helicopters are circling around and there are gunshots...for awhile i felt i was living in Los Angeles. I fear for my safety as there have been rapes and beatings here by OTHER tenants and management does not give a damn! The kids are unsupervised and loud as can be. There are kids out until 10 at night screaming and killing each other. Anyone that says they are happy here are liars or management writing the article. Trust me...I would rather live in my car than here!!!!

LOL yeah the kids are outside until 10 killing eachother im sure. Some people like this person are so naive. If your moving into an apartment and aren't expecting kids to sometimes be a bit loud and outside playing, then maybe you should live in your car. I have visited Pepperwood Knoll plenty of times because I will be moving into an apartment there soon and I have a cousin that lives in the complex and I have spent the night many of times there and have never really felt like it could be anything like Los Angeles. I don't know how the rest of these very naive residents feel, but my opinion is that when you move into an apartment complex no one should expect things to be 100% positive because they're apartments! For the price and the amenities that Pepperwood Knoll offers I think it is well worth it. Seriously, they are the best APARTMENTS in the area considering the price and the interior and the amenities. I think the property is beautiful and well kept. Management and maintenance seems okay and I mean C'mon there are a lot of children, but they are just like all children that like to run around and play, but it doesn't seem like they are a nuissance. All I'm saying is if your thinking about moving into Pepperwood Knoll or any apartment don't think that you will not have maintenence problems AT ALL or won't have a car break-in. I can't speak on the gunshots because I have not heard any, and can't say there never are any because some of the other apartments outside the area don't seem that good. OK im done! Thank you.
