Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2005
I really like pepperwood. The management staff is about two years new, and it a lot more quit. The maintenance fixes most or all my problems in a good amount of time. I always see someone out picking up around our apartments every morning. I am a retired school teacher now baby sitting my grandchildren. We go to the park in the complex or sit by the pool, and the other kids are polite. Its like our own little community. I'M HAPPY!!
