I have lived here for a year now and can honestly say these are the worst apts I have ever lived in. Its a bit more quiet up front, but we live in back where there is a group of ghetto kids always blasting music, a couple across the way who is always screaming at each other, and our neighbors are always partying and smoking weed at all hours of the night. I'm a college student, but you don't see me partying loudly and ruining people's sleep! My bf's car has been broken into twice, and the kids here get really outta control and ---- up your car! Parking is a nightmare! Oh, and while the gunshot thing may not be true, my friend's car was stolen from outside the gate and the police recovered it down the street from a guy CARRYING a shotgun, so that should tell you something...
