First of all, the office will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease so dont believe anything they say. If you have a problem dont even bother telling the office because they dont care and wont do a thing about it. Parking is absolutely terrible! If you come home after about 4 you are lucky to find a spot and dont leave on the weekends because you will have nowhere to park when you come back. If you think you have a reserved spot-you dont! Everyone parks everywhere. People have like 3 cars that dont run and just sit and take up space. Tim the maintenance guy is nice about fixing stuff but the tenants are not a priority of the office so it is very hard to get any problem taken care of. I have lived here for a year and really regret it. I would advise anyone considering this place to keep looking.

Then please hurry and move because I am looking to rent here, but they have a waitlist for two of the floor plans I want and if you don't like it, leave. You are probably lowering the value of the property with you negative and very sensitve attitude. You sound like a complainer who has nothing better to do then to go out of their way and complain about the parking. Move to a house. This is a nice place. Also, have you compared the cars here to any other cars sitting at different complexes in the area? I have noticed BMW, Mustangs, Lexus, Hondas and toyotas and they seem to be pretty nice. Did I say MOVE yet?
