The new Manager is horrible...she has money and doesn't need to work and work she does not do! she is rude,lazy, horrible to work with (our awesome maintenance guy is now working for another property owned by same property owner...couldn't work w/her anymore). she has done little to nothing about all the car farmers in the apartment as well as the non tenant teenagers hopping fence to steal childrens bikes, get rowdy in the pool and use horrible horrible language to the tenants who live by the pool.....the pool is right outside the main office....her office. hundreds of hundreds of black widow spiders in webs everywhere...huge spiders in the evening & @ night...

I had that same problem when i lived there...kids constantly in the pool making all kinds of noise. Our back pation looked out at the pool. There was many times that people were having sex in the spa too.
