The staff in the office are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They go out of their way to help me when I have an issue. The people that wrote negitive comments are probably being evicted! Sorry you cant pay your rent... Sucks for you! Im glad that Tim (maint guy) is gone. He is a lazy, lying, mean jerk! He is very rude to white people. Seems like if you're not black then you get your work order done last! Not fair at all! They are priced perfectly, I am a student and live on a tight budget. When my lease is up in Nov, I am definetly renewing my lease.

I lived at Pepperwood Knoll for over three years, Tim was always a perfect gentleman to me and I AM WHITE so it must just be YOU!

Tim was awesome and always went out of his way to take care of us. He often stopped by on his own time and took care of small things within the apartment. He always said hello and invited us to several bbq's within the apartment. I am honky white, so your thoery of the black/white issue is ridiculous. I posted the 9/6/2006 review and stand by everything I wrote. I just moved out last month and I was NOT evicted. I am not a vindictive person. I am a single mom with a very very good job. I would not recommend moving into these apartments unless you don't mind dealing with rude office managers. Don't forget you will be sharing the pool with the rudest, dirtiest, property destructing/stealing, foul mouthed and disrespectful teenagers/children who illegally enter the complex from around the neighborhood. I witnessed a group of ------- american teenagers cussing horrible words at an older white gentleman (in his late 50's/early 60's) who lived by the pool, when he stepped out and asked the group to please keep the cussing and noise down a little. They responded back by calling him horrible names that were also racist in nature and they threatened to kick his _ss. After repeated complaints to the mgmt on this issue, it is now 2 yrs later and nothing has changed at all.
