My balcony is falling apart. They say that maintenance will come and they never show up. We've waited months to get things done and we have to call over and over. Security is rude to tenants and the managers do nothing.

yeah I am sure you are not over exaggerating or anything like that. I am pretty sure the manager in charge of a 22 million dollar property is just letting all the patios and balconies fall apart.
