Do not move here. The management is awful and completely uncaring. I have had numerous issues with loud, completey rude neighbors and nothing has been done. All of the residential neighbor kids come and use the apartment's swimming pool. The kids who don't live there are loud and disrespectul and often scare the other tenants away from the pool. Maintenance is OK. The grounds could be kept a little nicer. Many times I had other people park in my assigned spot. I have witnessed drug use, neighbors yelling at all hours of the night and horrible domestic violence. Do the research and live somewhere else.
