When I moved in, they had great managers. Knows their work, and responds quick and respectfully. Then they hired two new person, Terra and Dawn. Terra and Dawn have NO management skills, NO people skills, and definately NO common sense. Everytime I go in to pay rent, they are all in the back office talking about thier boyfriends and personal lives. Managers have VERY POOR service skills. ALL managers do nothing but talk about personal things. Sends out maintenance people that do not have any clue on how to fix things or even what AC means. When our AC had a faulty wire, causing our electricity bill to go up twice as much, I had to almost threaten them with a letter of hiring my own AC repair person before they will send out maintenance. When they did send out maintenance, the guy they sent out said to me, and this is his quote, "I don't know anything about AC, but I can check to see what is going on." When he went into the house, he said, "it looks like it works to me." I had to advised him and them that it's not the inside of the house, it's the unit on the outside. After fighting for two months, I threatened to hire an AC repair company and bill the managers. They sent out a contracted AC repair company and results were the AC unit had a faulty wire. When I asked for compensation for the bill, I was advised I have to send them letter stating why I feel I should be compensated.

When we moved out, they did not come do an inspection. When I asked about it, I was told to pick up a form and on the form it is just like they did a walk through. When I question, how can you rate deposit return if you did not walk through, I was advised deposits will be refunded once they do their actual walk through. Made an appointment to do the walk through with management, and she NEVER showed. When I confronted them, I was told she had to go to another property. When I asked why I was not notified because I wasted my day off work waiting, I was told they don't know why. They charged deposit for cleaning, painting, and light bulbs that were broken when we moved in. When I advised them that painting states 2 years in the landlord book, I was told it is 3 years, so I advised we lived there 3 years, I was told it has to be 3 years and 1 month. I advised them to read the landlord book for painting refunds. When I asked what specific cleaning are you charging us for because we left the apartment the way we moved in, I was not given a specific detailed form. I filed a complaint with OWNER, and nothing is changed. Owner is just as poor as the people he hired.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and it seems they will rent this place to ANYONE. Neighbors have 14 year old kids drinking alcohol, partying, and hanging around the parking lot like hobo's.

DO NOT let management's fake smiles and friendly approach reel you in. Once you are in, you WILL mean trash to them.

I personally know the ladies in the office and find them very professional. This is a posting by a very angry person who must have left their apartment a big mess. Dawn is very "by the book" and is careful to follow the rental guidelines and Tera had always been very nice and professional. Always asking if there was anything she could do. The property has issues with parking which the office says they are working on but as far as the other complaints of minors drinking? Why didn't this resident contact the authorities? What is the apartment manager supposed to do?
