Worse place you can live! Loud party neighbors..you can call security, but they do nothing, bad tenants do not get evicted so it ruins it for the good people; cheap appliances, old building, gate never works, bad area (north highlands), drugs, and PARKING IS VERY VERY BAD. The managers are very rude, gossipy, grumpy, a turn off...watch out they'll talk behind your back. they will be nice to you to get you in, but become very rude once you are a tenant. Also, if you have kids in school, they have to attend GRANT SCHOOL DISTRICT, which has had problems!!!

The pool had bacteria last year and inspectors shut it down. A/C doesn't work, the system is so outdated, that it blows hot air. You can call maintenance, but they can't fix A/C; The electrical wiring old!! Sparks come out of outlets, no fire ceiling sprinklers since place is so outdated..... Would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! PLEASE BEWARE!
