I don't really have any issues with the office staff, I haven't had to deal with them very much but when I did they seemed okay and helpful. We had a leaking ceiling and maintenance came and looked at it and fixed it almost right away.

There are a few problems I have with this place. The number one issue is the safety! If you have children I would not recommend you to live here. I see a lot of people doing drugs on the property, even by the "playground" at all hours of the day which is ridiculous. We have witnessed people stealing pool furniture in the middle of the night, and fights in the middle of the parking lot. Walking through the place at night you are likely to run into a group of people who will scream profanity at you and call you names. Honestly speaking, there are 4 of us here and not one of us feels safe walking through this place at night.

Secondly, the noise is another big problem here. For instance, we live near a unit that is constantly having people in and out of their apartment and partying until 4 in the morning. They have been approached by the security here on several occasions only to go back to being loud 10 minutes later. I understand the occasional party every once and a while but it gets old when you are dealing with it at least 4 nights a week.

Parking is pretty bad, but it definitely won't be your main concern living on this property.

Needless to say as soon as our 6 month lease is up we are leaving.
