We moved in late January, and have NOTHING but problems. The staff is rude, does not do what they say they are going to do, the parking situation sucks( not a visitor friendly or 2 car complex), and everyone is loud(partying) all the time. The day we moved in, the unit was disgustingly dirty, there were marks all over the walls, the windows did not close & lock along with the slider door, the toilet was plugged, the garbage disposal had a rock & a huge piece of glass in it, & when you want to pick up a package at the office after work, forget about it! They always close their office early! They lie about what was said, say they are going to get maintenance to take care of it right away, but it never happens. Our dryer is in such bad shape, it shakes the whole entire apartment unit when it is running. We had maintenance check it twice, they said it was fixed, and it is not. Our sink was leaking for 4 weeks straight, we had 3 different maintenance guys look at it, said it was fixed, but we would always come home to a flooded cabinet under the sink. I cannot tell you how much money was lost in products we had bought and placed under there. When I called and stated that, they said that there was nothing they can do. We have asked them 6 times since we have moved it to fix our gate code so it works correctly, and guess what, it still does not work! If you have visitors, forget about them trying to find parking. This is the worst complex & management I have ever seen. The complex itself is dirty and it is filled with white trash & dirty --------.
Tonight, after work I went to the office at 5:15pm to go pick up my much needed UPS package to find the office closed. If your office hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm, be open those hours. All I can say is we have lost so much money from the actions of the apartment staff, & I would NEVER reccommend living here to anyone. Its not worth it.

i completeley agree with everything you say, i have had so many problems here as well. avoid management any way possible, especially amanda, you will get no where with her.

Such a shame because from the outside it appears to be a beautiful place to live -- I have been gone close to three years. It was not this bad but it was going downhill when I moved out. Too bad that the owners don't take notice ...

I agree with everything you say. Be careful when you move out! We moved in and the place was filthy!! There was dust and dirt every where, scuffs all over the walls, the carpet was gross etc. Well when we moved out they took all our deposit except $40 saying they had to use the rest for cleaning and repainting the walls even though we left the apartment 100x cleaner than it originally was. Be sure to take pictures!!
