My boyfriend and I moved in a little over 3 years ago. We loved it here when we first moved in and for the first year or two. This last 6 months or so have been horrible. I don't know what goes on in the apartment above us but our neigbors are horrible. I've complained more than a few times and nothing ever seems to be done. Parking IS as horrible as everyone says. Friends can never find parking. The gate is often broken, what is the point of being in a gated community when the gate doesn't close! Maintenance is alright. Sometimes they are right on top of things and other times they never respond to your messages. The only way to keep your monthly rent from going up is to resign a 1 year lease and then it goes up between $0-$50 a year - if you don't want that long of a lease expect to pay $100 more. We're only staying here until we can find a house to live in. I DO NOT plan on singing another lease once ours is up.
