This place has been a nightmare from day one. They do not have enough parking for the number of units so someone is going to have to park on the streets. My van got broken into while I was out of town. The alarm when off for hours while every thing inside was ripped off. The maintenance staff is grossly incompetent. After we moved in we noticed mice feces in the hot water heater room out side and requested that they clean it up. It took over 60 days and at least four more notices to get them to clean it up if you can call what they did cleaning. The traffic in this place is incredible and nobody that inters the gate has a remote, they sit outside the gate waiting for the gate to open when someone else leaves. Many times I have thrown my garbage in the dumpster while some homeless person was in the dumpster. This place is not safe on so many levels.
