The problem with Pheasant Pointe....the Manager

The biggest issue for me is the management, in particular, the person in charge. Nice as could be...until you move in. Her attitude is very unpleasant. We were all set to move into the promised apartment and were told days before that it wasn?t ready. Finally by the actual move in day, we were on our 3rd unready unit. Then due to an unclear explanation of the ?Move in Special? we found a nasty note 1 day after the first stating that we owed an additional $50 for being late. She showed no understanding even after playing musical units with us and not repairing items pointed out during the pre-move in walk through.
Tenants are constantly coming home to flyers on our doors stating we can no longer do this and no longer do that. Parking is a nightmare and they have the nerve to complain about people parking in front of the office!
Basically, the manager is the high and mighty and tenants are just a money farm and treated as such! It?s too bad really because aside of the vibrating bedroom walls due to the heat pumps (if you are on a bottom unit like me) they are pretty nice apartments.
