Pheasant Pointe is average.

We moved here because it is quieter than other apartments that we lived in. But gardeners make a lot of noise early in the morning. There are no areas for kids to play. There is no walk way exiting the complex. If you leave by foot, you have to share the road with the cars. The garbage cans are usually overflowing with trash. There is no grace period for rent. If you are one day late it is a $50 fee. The electricity bill is inordinately high. As with other corporate owned apartments, long-term, quiet, responsible tenants are under appreciated. On the positive side, they respond quickly if something needs repair. The common area is clean. The apartment was clean when we moved in with a new carpet. My car has not been broken into yet. Staff is sometimes friendly.
