Managers quick to initial complaint, but much follow-up needed to get the job done. Temps often used at the office, hard to work with people who don't know what's going on. Close to very busy street, so noise is very high, also many families with children in the complex, so the complex itself is noisy, but the apartment itself is fairly quiet. Landscaping is not great, but not horrible. Grounds are not very walkable, it's geared towards cars. Some people obviously have no respect for their neighbors and leave all sorts of trash around (junk mail near mail boxes even though there is a trash can right there, specifically for junk mail!).
