The automatic front gate is constantly open. Had a criminal in his car trying to get away from the police and drove his car through the open gate and went around the entire complex two or three times with the police in hot pursuit.
Kids and young adults come in late at night screaming or talking out loud with no respect for others.
The apartment managers no longer pay for the garbage removal, water, & sewer services, so now renters are getting stuck with the bill. (about $50 a month separate from the rent)
Always have people from other apartments complexes making trouble. Had a shooting under my unit by --------American teenagers who got into an argument with some guys from Mexico.
Car broken into once too.
You are better off in a real gated community!!!
