One of the worst things about this place is the lack of available parking.
Maintenance can only be counted on if it is an emergency. (water leaks or structural problems that may affect adjecent units)
Dates given for periodic regular maintenance (chimney sweeps, painting, apartment inspection, etc.)are rarely accurate.
If the apt. is in the vicinity of the pool the noise level is extremely high in the summer(forget about sleep during the day).
Even though it is a gated community it is not uncommon for the management to leave the gate open at night. I have had a car stereo stolen just 40 feet from my bedroom window because of this.
I don't reccomend this place.
