the office was as friendly as can be until you sign a lease and then they are nowhere to be found or rude. i lived there for a year and my apartment was disgusting when i moved in and they still kept most of my deposit even though i cleaned it before i left. they are theives and liars and you should not live here. sometimes the gate is left open but it doesn't matter anyway because people wait by the driveway and just drive in. the brochure says there is security on the complex and i have never seen one. i'm glad i got the hell out of that place and will never rent from CTL management again. half the parking area lights are always out and there is NO GRACE PERIOD on rent. not even one SECOND past the 1st which i have never heard of at any other apartment complex. you really get what you pay for but this place was not worth a dollar i paid into it.
