Having lived here for almost four years, I have consistently witnessed a very high turnover in the management and staff, and the recent changes have not been for the better.

I am unbelievably frustrated at the continuous problems I encounter for the amount of money I pay each month.

It seems like the "security" gate at the entrance to the complex is consistently broken, and the "workout facility" has been in the process of being remodeled for what seems like a year now.

I have not received a typed communication or announcement from the management in the last year that did not contain multiple spelling and grammar mistakes, and the parking situation is embarassing. There are definitely not enough spaces for the amount of people parking here.

The complex recently got new paint. By recently, I mean it is still in the process of being painted, and the whole ordeal started over a month ago. I was lucky enough to have taped plastic covering all five of my windows for an entire weekend when it also happened to be 100 degrees outside.

The pool (in the middle of August, mind you) is apparently only available to residents when the office staff feels it is appropriate. The hours have changed twice in the last two months and the gates to the pool are padlocked closed so that you may only enter through the office. I can abide by that for a limited amount of time, but when I find the office closed for over an hour on a Sunday afternoon (not even around lunchtime), I find my patience wearing thin.

All this, and they are raising the rent again. How is the money being put to use' I honestly don't know.
