The apartments are a nice size and a great price. However, we have had to submit work orders at least three times before anyone comes out. They have one maintainence person who is working three apartment complexes, so it is very difficult to get things fixed in a timely manner (at minimum 2 weeks). The mailboxes are set back very far from the street with little to no lights around them, so getting the mail after dark is an adventure. We have two cars and are assigned one spot, usually during the day we dont have a problem finding a parking spot, sometimes at night, the parking situation proves a lot more difficult. The appliances are at least 20 years old, and show signs of extreme wear. The front gate is sometimes open after hours. The office staff is very professional and seem eager to help. All things considered, the apartment meets expectations for the price, however, I would not pay anymore to live here.
