I lived at pheasant pointe apartments for a year and a half, and had the worst experience ever! When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, had not been painted, and the carpets had not been replaced since 1989. The parking is a problem, as well as the staff, (the rules change constantly). My car has been broken into, and stolen (in an uncovered spot mind you). To put it this way, the day i moved in I was greeted by a man being handcuffed and taken away by the police.
