neighbors said it was good but getting bad.
has crime .......(but they may get caught)
radio's stolen from cars, 2 gun holdups at night; but as a results they upgraded security. Seems they are concerned
young staff is courteus, handyman takes job serious went out way to fix heater
but overall seems they need to screen tenants better.
lots of younger people
one major con is u can hear people loudly in the walkthrough in from of ur apt

I think the manager overall Trene Tennessee is great and she has totally made a difference in the community. The apartments are not the best but with her being a manager I feel safe to let my kids play outside. Any issues or concerns that I have I address them with her and she handles them in a timely manner.
