I think the manager overall Trene Tennessee is great and she has totally made a difference in the community. The apartments are not the best but with her being a manager I feel safe to let my kids play outside. Any issues or concerns that I have I address them with her and she handles them in a timely manner.I think that the maintenance is great the guy with the gold teeth who works on Pinewoods property is does his job very well. However; my friends lives in the other apartments and she is not always happy with the service but I think its getting better.I heard that the manager for the Villa Capri apartments is also very nice Dawn Dewesse.
