Point Natomas Apartments

WORST PLACE EVER!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We lived here for 6 months. In that time, our visitors had their belongings stolen from their car, A neighbor's car exploded outside of our apartment in the middle of the night, we rarely had a quiet night of sleep because of the ghetto neighbors, and our apartment had a serious mold problem. The office staff did not seem to care about the problems we had. One of the Office workers was on the phone with her friend every time I would walk in, and it would take her at least 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. Upkeep on the grounds and parking lot was horrible. They were always flooded, even when it wasn't raining! I felt VERY unsafe living in this apartment complex. Most of the time I didn't even go outside alone unless I absolutely had to. Worst of all, nobody told us until after we moved out that our apartment had been involved in a fire before we moved in. I would definitely NOT recommend living in these apartments unless you are looking for the world's worst place to live. Personally, I'd rather live in a box on the side of the highway.
