Back alley is off-the-hook! Furniture dumpster overflowing - kids build forts in the dumpster; car parts/engines everywhere; ghetto folks car racing through the back alley everyday; consistent car and house break-ins; shootings (my son found bullets & I found a shell casing); oh man, and the laundry room - OMG! kids play in the broken gas dryers - only about 2 dryers work out of 12 and they only blow cold air; inoperable washers - laundry room consistently flooded out, nasty, dirty, disgusting. Also, the mailboxes are always broken into. No assigned parking unless you pay for it and then people still park in your space anyway. The lights are always out - dangerous at night.

I could go on and on and on...

I'm glad I moved. $50 more a month is well worth it!
