First of all, price really isnt that bad concidering the other prices in Northgate. But then after you figure in th $38 water, sewer & garbage, then $16 renters insurance, your about average. That was the only "good" thing I had to say...now for the bad!!!
Right after I moved in, some ------- parked to close to my new car and broke my mirror and didn't even leave a note! Tried to file renters insurance claim, they denied me! Some ghetto ass crackwhore babies stole my ladies shoes off the porch along with the damn door rug! Raquet Club is shut down(somebody started a fire in it), No tennis nets or basketball hoops, broken down weight room, pool shut down because of broken concrete around edges, damn border brothers take up all the parking, break in attempts, cops & fire dept. always on scene, bad ant & spider problem, nightly side-show at all intersections & sometimes even in the parking lot, mail boxes hella far away, security gate does not work, I'd like to ----- slap some of my neighbors, I'd like to break the thiefs fingers-wrists-arms-and neck but like roaches they disappear when the lights come on, people will take your clothes out of the dryer(probably sniff them)and throw them around. The only reason I feel safe is because I own a gun. Even though these are the cheapest apartments, they are nowhere near worth it. I think $679 would be a good price for a 1br here, and thats including water sewer & garbage!
