I have lived at Point Natomas for 8 months now, I have yet to be assigned a reserved parking spot due to "parking lot reorganization" issues, I gave up on that battle a long time ago. This place is a free for all, rampant children running free everywhere unsupervised, garbage and shopping carts (with or without stolen goods inside) strewn about the property. One time I actually saw an apartment maintenance employee using 2 shopping carts to do his work around the property. Every time I take my son outside to play we get accosted by the pack of children running around and end up having to just say forget it and go inside. The pool has been open for about a month the whole summer, there is always some health department warning sign on the gate, and I went there one time when it was open and had an awful rash on my body the next day from something in the water. I have requested maintenance to come fix things at least 6 times and they never come, Comcast came out to install cable for me and this place is so ghetto my cable line doesn't even connect to anything for me to get cable, and of course that hasn't been fixed either so I have no cable. But this place is awesome if you want to buy tamales, a hot dog, or corn on the cob in the parking lot. Parking lot is also poorly lit and the children's play area is in a secluded back corner of the property where nobody outside can see you, I would never go into for safety reasons.
