THE WORST GHETTO APT ON FACE OF EARTH !

POINT NATOMAS is the WORST GHETTO-ish apartment complex on earth!
THE MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE is lower than scum!
With another $30-80 you'll be better living in any other apartment in Sacramento
--or specifically, the Natomas area.
THE LEASING AGENTS act like they were used car salesmen in their past lives. They're really nice to you before you sign the lease -- but immediately after my signature,
they started re-negging on the move-in date.
I had wanted to move in 2 days later for moving service schedule-which by the way, was agreed upon, BEFORE I signed the lease.
THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BUSINESS SENSE AT ALL ! They were too fricken scared to lose 2 days worth of rent'
Even a kindergartner would have move customer
service and business sense than that! doh.
To top it all, their Regional and Corporate
'Customer Service' managers, both in Sacramento and Utah, seemed like they should
be frying fries at MickeyD's instead of having glorified positions as "Customer Service" managers. They were so unresponsive
and uncaring.
If you'd like to see what apartments in Philly or Bayview Hunter's Point look like-
Point Natomas is totally GHETTO!
It was NOISY,tons of DRUG DEALING, ghetto.
ghetto. ghetto. lots of noisy cars, and driving thru little potholes and bumps on
unkept driveways like there were constant
sideshows.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS A GAWDAWFUL PLACE. IT IS
UNKEPT AND GRITTY, FILLED WITH GRAFFITI-- that I wouldn't dare put my lil foot in!
Oh and they try to swindle you with SMUD
fees, water fees and parking fees.
I decided that it was well worth the peace of mind, to shell out appx. 50 bucks extra/month to move elsewhere in Natomas area. I have not regretted my move. I now live in a complex that is unbelievably more peaceful.
DON'T EVEN THINK OF LIVING IN POINT NATOMAS- EVEN IF IT IS THE LOWEST PRICED APT IN NATOMAS AREA,SACTO. Lesson well learned.
