If you like:
-having your car broken into,
-having your car window SHOT at four months later,
-domestically violent neighbors,
-helicopters endlessly flying over your roof,
-trash and cigarettes thrown into your yard,
-NOWHERE TO PARK,
-and an apartment manager who doesn't seem to care,
then by all means move to The Pointe. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere.
The parking here is absolutely horrible, and despite being a gated community expect that your car will be broken into. The old manager seemed nice, but the new one doesn't seem to care about much. The premises are well maintained and the two bedroom apartments have a washer / dryer in them which is nice, but again proceed with caution if you are thinking about moving into The Pointe.
