I have lived here for almost a year. Yes some vehicles have been broken into, but during all my college years I have lived in several apartments in this area and it happens anywhere you live! I personally think its pretty great for what you pay for. The rent is very reasonable. Maintenance is the best I have ever had, they fix everything right away, I have never had to wait longer than a day to have something fixed.

Who ever said that the manager doesnt care is obviously a rude person themselves. The manager has gone beyond what I have expected. She is always very friendly, and helpful. She has gone beyond doing her job to make me feel at home here. Since I have moved in, whenever I have had any questions or anything she has always helped me. Any time I have left a message I get a phone call back right away.

The property is on the older side but thats very common for the area. The grounds are always clean, I see maintance working all day and picking up trash anytime its there. The pool is the cleanest pool that I have ever seen. The furniture is old, but its always clean!

Parking is very crowded and when I went to talk to the manager she was very empathetic and wanted to help me. They have a list that when a aprtment is empty, you can temporarily use that spot.

Overall for what I pay, the apt is nice while I go to school. There is a shuttle that picks you up right outside the apts.

The best thing for me has been the great refferal fee's. I have referred several friends from school to move there and the money you get from that is so awesome!!
