Its OK but there are problems

I have lived here a year. Its ok. I have lived in much worse.
What I do like: I do enjoy the washer and dryer, central air, and dishwasher. They allow pets, which is nice too. The grounds are kept trash free and the pool is clean. Having a ceiling fan in the dining area is kind of nice. I have had maintenance done in a short time. It was clean when I moved in.
What I don't like: The manager is usually not on site on the weekend. Not good if you work M_F. The 2 bedrooms are cramped if you have kids. The A/C and heat in the bedrooms really sucks. Its either too hot or too cold. Our walls are thin or not well insulated (hence the temperature problem in the bedrooms). They also allow you to "enjoy" your neighbor's music and activities above you. Parking is a problem. Visitors park in your spot. There's a car that's been sitting in a visitor spot for 6 months with a flat and it hasn't been towed. The kitchen pantry is akward. It is narrow and deep, which means you have to lean in to get stuff out of the back or you need to pull out everything in the front. The quad floods every time it rains, meaning you get your feet soaked when you go to your mailbox. The landscaping needs work. Lots of bare dirt areas. Now that my lease is over, the rent is hiked up $50.
