Great Area, Close to everything, HORRIBLE PARKING!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Well, lets see the apartment is nice, but worth the $1000 per month, ehhh, probably not. They do not pay for anything, not even water, sewer and trash. There is only one assigned parking and maybe 12 unassigned and they are literally ALWAYS TAKEN. That is very, very annoying when you are coming home and your roommate has already taken the spot and you have to park next door. It is okay to park next door "IF" you have an okay car, 3 "ghetto, cheaper" cars have been broken into over there in the last 3 months (1 a month), so that is not good. The apartment layout is nice, the bigger room is a pretty nice size, but the stairs seem cheaply made. I don't know why they just do. The kitchen is an awesome size and there is a garbage disposal. It is pretty quiet and I rarely hear alot of noise from neighbors. If I wouldn't have found a bigger apartment at a cheaper price, I would have stayed here, but I am all about my money... Great Management: The manager is a sweetheart, she'll work with you through everything...
