Overall good place to rent an Apt.

Good:
Staff very friendly.
Interiors are good with Marble counter tops, spacious, feel like your own house.
Good maintenance.
Clean sorroundings, Workout center, heated pool and spa.
Park, Play ground and Bike trails near by.
all other things are good.
Bad:
Limited free parking. Need to pay for parking, compared to other luxury apartments where they offer one free car port per apartment. But not Regatta, you need to buy parking space (Car Port or Garrage).
Need to be carefull with your monthly PG&E Gas bill. All the utilities including A/C, washer uses gas. You think gas is cheaper but you will endup in getting higher bills...(average one bedroom apt# $90-100 per month).
