Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Im shocked at the responces talking about problems here. I know of only one car ever stolen from here and that was before the gates were installed. It is very quiet and peaceful here. I was told in advance of the parking situation and have rented a carport and a garage. (the rent on a garage is currently 100 dollars NOT 150.) And I feel this is more than fair. There seem to be alot of uncovered spaces avalible all day and night though. The management has always been very nice.
