You will not find a nicer apartment complex in Sacramento. Believe me, I've looked. The inside is extremely nice with granite counters, not marble like someone said on a prior post. Maintence is great. Very fast and for once I can trust the maintence people in my home when I'm not home. They will even change your light bulbs for you. The rest of the outside is very nice as well. The pool, spa, and workout room are all great. Now for the drawbacks... They only allow us to use one gate which makes it very difficult to get to I-80. We have to really go a round about way. The office staff are very friendly before you move in but soon after they get a little rude at times. The big Manager is great though... he is very customer oriented. The rent is through the roof but hey you get what you pay for. For the last and BIGGEST problem is the parking. There is none! Make sure you get home by 4pm or be prepared for a walk. I've only had problems getting a spot a couble of times but freqently i have to walk quite a distance. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
