All in all this a very nice complex, it should be because you are definitely paying top dollar to live here. Generally very quite but have noticed some new residents enjoy the loud music and 'cooler' vehicles. Prior to December 05 or so this was never an issue. I haven't heard of any vehicle thefts which could be due to the gates, if not left open for some reason during the day.
For such a nice place, the bathtubs are small and disappointing. Most newer apts have the larger, oval tub in them, the Regatta does not.
The maintenance staff is great and probably even doesn't have a criminal record like most complexes, so that's a plus.
I have had similar experience with one of the office staff but the male representative seems very kind and willing to help without the attitude, unlike the female. Enough on that.
Parking...what parking'' You have to get on a list just to have the pleasure of paying $35 for a carport, which should always be no charge outside the cost of rent. Serious issue here, because if you don't get home by 3:00 pm its like playing the lottery for a spot near your apartment. Plenty of handicapped spots though...so if you don't luck out you will be walking across the entire complex if not (although not common) parking outside the gate on the street. And this is any day at all hours. If you want a spot on Sunday night, good luck.
